My first visit was below average. It was my first day in Austria and the lady didn't care to explain how tax free works. She only answered our questions to the point, nothing more.
Paid a 2nd visit and we were welcomed by another lady (I believe her name was Sara)
Had a pleasant experience. She helped us with the choosing. The only problem is that they had a 1 piece of the white marmont which was on display. And it was sold as the regular price.
Another drawbacks is that they close on Monday
TOURISTS AND BUYERS BEWARE!! I recently had a disappointing experience at the Gucci store in Vienna, specifically with the assistance of Leila H. I purchased several items, including loafers, a handbag, and sunglasses. However, I was unable to inspect the products as they were quickly gift-wrapped by Leila. Later, I discovered that the loafers were scuffed and the sunglasses were worn and dirty.
What frustrates me even more is that Leila was aware of my early morning departure and I didn’t have the chance to return to the store and address the issue. This lack of professionalism is truly disheartening, especially coming from a renowned brand like Gucci.
As a customer who has visited Gucci stores in various countries, I have never encountered such a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this incident has left a negative impression, and I will not be considering the Gucci store in Vienna or anywhere for future purchases.
I hope that Gucci takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate measures to ensure better customer experiences in the future.
If you love Gucci, the Vienna branch won't disappoint. It's spacious and offers the same high quality items and excellent customer service. If you come from a non EU country, the saving after Vat refund can be very attractive. I had much fun shopping here, with the help of a most charming assistant Suzie.
I wanted to share my experience at the Gucci store located in Vienna city center. As soon as I entered, Lin warmly greeted me and my wife.
Lin took the time to understand what styles and items we were looking for. She then expertly guided us around the well-organized boutique, highlighting different collections. It was clear that Lin has extensive knowledge of Gucci's offerings. After trying several items, we found a perfect gift for my wife that she just adores. Lin handled the purchase perfectly.
Thanks to Lin's excellent customer service skills, I was able to have a pleasant shopping experience. Her warmth and product expertise made the Gucci boutique stand out. We will definitely return and recommend asking for Lin.
Having been into my fair share of exclusive stores in my time, I have to say there is always a mixed way these stores manage customer flow into and out of their establishment. This Gucci store really takes the cake.
I watched a woman who was eager to explore bag options with a view to purchase treated with such snobbish disdain by Gucci that it made me feel physically ill. Firstly the male on the door was positively aggressive in his intent to jealously guard any 'riff raff' from entering, then once the interrogation took place to beg for entry this woman was met with the sternest woman who proceeded to exclude her from viewing products. Instead, she
specifically asked what product the customer was interested in, gave a price, then sent her packing.
I can guarantee I will never purchase another product from Gucci as long as I live, if this is the way you treat people.
Buyer beware! My sister purchased loafers, a handbag and sunglasses. They were all gift wrapped by the sales associate, Leila, promising that everything would be pristine and new. It took more time for the boxes to be wrapped than it would’ve taken to merely wipe the sunglasses clean. The shoes she carefully gift wrapped were the display—soles scuffed, scratched, leather creased, and not new as she repeatedly promised. All because Leila knew that we’re leaving first thing in the morning.
These are not cheap items, but this is cheap behavior. You don’t have to be kind, but Gucci should be professional. Is this how you represent yourselves?
Really impressed, nice showroom, good staff, perfect trained, actually just appointment is necessary
Beautiful store with excellent service.
